YardSetup is a static website. Calculator inputs and diagrams are processed in your browser. The field measurement draft, saved field plans, “Restore last estimate” feature, named projects, option A/B comparisons, and project list with supplier prices, budget details, project sequence dates and notes, delivery receipt records, supplier follow-up contacts and notes, installation stages, inspection findings and care dates, and closeout payments and notes use this site’s browser local storage on your device. A share link places project inputs or a project list in the URL, so anyone who receives the link can see those details. Downloaded lists, field sheets, and full backup JSON files are created on your device. Restoring a backup writes selected saved categories to this browser; an imported file is read locally and is not uploaded. A backup file may contain supplier contacts, costs, and notes, so keep it private.

YardSetup does not include accounts, advertising scripts, analytics scripts, or a server database in this release. Your web host may retain ordinary server logs under its own policies. External links lead to other websites with their own practices. If you email us, your email provider and ours will process that message to deliver it.

You can clear saved estimates and projects by clearing this site’s local storage in your browser. Do not place private information in project names, fields, supplier names, delivery tickets, supplier contacts, payment notes, or share links.
