Project list and supplier quotes
Bring estimates from several YardSetup tools into one purchase list. Compare two quotes using the actual order increments, minimums, and delivery charges you enter.
One list for the full yard project
Open a calculator, enter your measurements, and choose “Add to project list.” Reuse a saved estimate’s measured footprint in another planner through the links below; review its separate material settings there. Your list stays in this browser. Supplier prices and minimums are your own inputs; blank prices are shown as unpriced rather than assumed to be free.
Back up or restore all saved YardSetup work
Download a portable JSON file containing this browser’s project list, named calculator projects, comparison options, last estimates, and field measurement draft. Session-only form drafts are not included. Keep the file private: it can contain supplier contacts, payment amounts, and project notes.
Compare two suppliers
Check product specifications, separate deliveries, tax, access, and any local requirements with the supplier. The comparison is a planning estimate.
Build a complete budget
Supplier material prices and delivery come from the quotes above. Add your other project costs, then compare two complete totals. Blank material prices keep a total pending.
Project sequence and delivery checklist
Set your own dates, confirm site conditions, and track the steps that turn an estimate into an order. The material order below follows the included lines and your selected supplier’s minimums and increments.
Dates and checks are your planning notes. Confirm delivery conditions, safety, permits, and installation instructions with the relevant supplier or local authority.
Check what actually arrived
Enter cumulative received amounts for the supplier selected above. Record damaged material separately, and count an accepted substitute only when it is usable and measured in the same unit. The remaining amount updates against your supplier order.
Received amounts are cumulative across deliveries. “Remaining to receive” compares usable received material with the current order; “on hand” subtracts what you mark as installed or used. Verify accepted substitutes and shortages with the supplier.
Resolve shortages and reorder accurately
Use the delivery record above to document missing or damaged material. Choose what to request for each issue. A paid reorder uses the selected supplier’s entered minimum and increment; a replacement request shows the exact usable shortage for discussion with the supplier.
This sheet stays on your device and does not contact the supplier. Confirm whether a replacement is free, what package sizes apply, and any new delivery charge before placing a paid order.
Track installation and material balance
See each included project’s selected work stage beside its material record. The colored bars show the selected supplier’s ordered amount split into used, on hand, and still outstanding quantities. Mark the work stage yourself; material movement alone cannot confirm construction is complete.
“Installed or used” comes from the delivery record above and uses the same purchase unit. Surplus and waste mean it is not a percentage of construction completed. Check the actual work, product instructions, and site conditions before choosing a finished stage.
Final inspection and care handoff
Review checks specific to each included estimate, record anything to fix, and set your own next care date. A handoff shows ready only after the checks pass or are marked not applicable, a review date is recorded, and you choose “Final check complete” as the work stage above.
These are prompts for checking your own work, not a code inspection or product warranty. Follow the actual manufacturer’s instructions and local requirements. Dates and notes remain in this browser unless you export or share them.
Compare the plan with what happened
Check purchased quantities against the selected supplier order, record what was used and left over, then enter the net amounts actually paid. Quotes and budget estimates stay separate from receipts. Enter $0 explicitly for any cost that did not occur; the final actual total waits until every included material and cost has an amount.
“Used” and “left over” use the purchase unit recorded in the delivery section. A loose-volume order is not always directly comparable with a finished compacted depth. Leftover value is an estimate from net material spend per usable unit; it is not cash recovered or a refund.
